The Bundesliga is the most competitive among the four major European soccer leagues: the English, Spanish, Italian and German. This conclusion was reached by a team of researchers from the Universitat Politècnica de València, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, after developing a scientific method that facilitates and improves the procedures for measuring competitiveness. The study, prepared jointly by groups of mathematical research of the three universities, has been published in the journal "Chaos".
