Conacyt evaluates origin of damage in high road connecting Tijuana and Ensenada

Formation of landslides in the road connecting Tijuana and Ensenada, northwest of Mexico, like the one that occurred the last 28 of December, is due to seismic failures and rocks with inclined physical properties, as established by the Center of Scientific Research and Superior Education of Ensenada (CICESE).
